Do you use original parts?
Yes. For iPhone, we use original screens and batteries from an authorized Apple distributor — for iPhone 12 and newer models, the phone displays 'Genuine Apple' status in settings. For Samsung, we use original Service Pack components. We also offer premium alternatives at lower prices.
How long is the warranty?
Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty and fiscal receipt. The warranty covers material and installation defects. Payment is accepted by cash, card, or invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and invoicing for businesses. A fiscal receipt is issued with every service.
Do you have a courier service?
Yes. For the Belgrade area, our courier picks up your device at your address and returns it repaired. The service fee is 1,500 RSD covering both pickup and return. Book a courier through our form or by calling 065/362-61-31.
