1. General Provisions

By using the viper.rs website, you accept these terms of service. The site is owned by Viper Mobile doo (Tax ID/PIB: 112259884).

2. Services

Viper Mobile doo provides mobile phone repair, buyback of used devices, and sales of protective equipment. All prices are informational and expressed in RSD, VAT included.

3. Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on every installed part, with a fiscal receipt. The warranty covers factory defects of the installed part; it does not cover mechanical damage occurring after the service. Genuine Apple batteries carry a 6-month warranty. Aftermarket InCell and OLED screen panels carry a 7-day warranty due to panel fragility — they are installed only with the customer's prior consent.

If a device is received with signs of liquid/moisture contact or with a bent/deformed housing, the warranty on the installed part is excluded — the device's pre-existing condition can cause the part to fail regardless of part quality and installation. In such cases the repair is performed only with the customer's consent, with a visible note on the service receipt and on the order status page. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights regarding conformity of the service.

4. Data Protection

We do not ask for your device passcode. We do not delete your data. Your privacy is guaranteed throughout the entire service process.

5. Courier Service

Courier service is available within the territory of Belgrade. The courier fee for a repair covers pickup and return of the device. The current price is available on the website. For buyback of new, unopened phones, the courier is free.

6. Buyback

A valid ID document (national ID card or passport) is required to sell a device to us. We are unable to buy back phones with an active iCloud, FRP, or Samsung account.
