What if the screen stops working during the repair?
Screen glass replacement (OCA lamination) carries an inherent risk: the original panel is separated from the glass and re-bonded, so it may stop working during the procedure. If that happens, we install an original refurbished screen at our own expense — the panel is original, only the protective glass has been replaced. No surcharge, with the same 15-day warranty. On Samsung devices this has no side effects. On iPhone, Settings (Parts & Service) will show the display as “Unknown Part” — the part is unrecognised, because Apple marks every serviced screen that way. The device works normally, but the marking stays. Screen glass replacement is therefore performed only with the customer's prior consent, given when booking or at drop-off and recorded on the order.
