What if the screen stops working during the repair?
Glass repair carries a real risk: the original panel is separated from the glass and re-bonded, and a panel under an already cracked glass does not always survive it. If that happens, we install a replacement refurbished screen at our own expense — no surcharge, with the same 90-day warranty. The replacement is a refurbished screen rather than a new original part, so we cannot know in advance exactly which panel it carries. We ask for your consent for this before the work — when you book online or when you drop the phone off.
