How long does a phone repair take at Viper?
Most repairs are completed in 1 to 3 hours. Devices brought in before noon are usually ready the same day. For more complex repairs or if a specific part needs to be ordered, we'll inform you of the exact timeline.
Will I lose my data during the repair?
No. When replacing the screen, battery, or other components, your data remains untouched. We never erase anything from your phone and never ask for your unlock code. Your privacy is our priority.
Do you use original and premium replacement parts?
Yes. For iPhone, we use original screens and batteries from an authorized Apple distributor — for iPhone 12 and newer models, the phone displays 'Genuine Apple' status in settings. For Samsung, we use original Service Pack components. We also offer premium alternatives at lower prices.
How long is the warranty?
Warranty up to 6 months: original Apple batteries 6 months, most repairs 90 days, InCell and OLED panels 7 days. When you drop off your device you receive a service confirmation with a QR code — scan it with your phone to see how far the repair has progressed at any time. You don't need to keep it for the warranty: every job stays in our records, so your name and phone number are enough. Payment is accepted by cash, card, or invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and invoicing for businesses.
Do you have a courier service?
Yes. For the Belgrade area, our courier picks up your device at your address and returns it repaired. The service fee is 1,500 RSD covering both pickup and return. Book a courier through our form or by calling 065/362-61-31.
Do you replace just the glass on a phone?
Yes — glass-only replacement (OCA glass repair) is one of our most popular services. We replace the broken glass while the display itself is intact, which is up to 40% cheaper than a full screen replacement with an original part. It takes 3 to 5 hours, with a 90-day warranty.
How much does it cost to fix a broken phone screen?
The price depends on the model and the type of damage: if only the glass is cracked while the image and touch work, screen glass replacement is enough; if the display shows no image, a full screen replacement is needed. Do you install hydrogel screen protectors?
Yes, a hydrogel protective film is available with every repair at a special price of 2,000 RSD. The film is cut precisely for your model, protects the screen from scratches and minor impacts, and we recommend it after every screen replacement or screen glass replacement.
