Does hydrogel protect against drops?
A hydrogel film does not prevent the screen from breaking in a hard drop. Is it visible on the screen?
The glossy version is practically invisible — it does not change colors or sharpness. The matte version slightly reduces sharpness but improves visibility in the sun. The privacy version darkens the screen at an angle.
Can it be removed without residue?
Yes. The hydrogel film comes off easily with no adhesive residue on the screen. It leaves no traces and does not damage the screen's oleophobic coating.
For which phones is hydrogel better than glass?

Does hydrogel work with fingerprint unlocking?
