Screen replacement
Our most requested service. For iPhone we choose the screen type according to budget and requirement (Genuine Apple, Original, Soft OLED, OLED, InCell); for Samsung we use exclusively original Service Pack panels. iPhone from 5,500 RSD; Samsung 7,500 – 116,000 RSD, depending on the model (upper limit: the Z Fold series). Replacement time: iPhone 1–3 hours, Samsung 2–3 hours. InCell and OLED panels carry a 7-day warranty because the panel is fragile, and they are installed only with the customer's prior consent.

Battery replacement
Original and premium batteries with calibration. iPhone from 3,000 RSD; Samsung 7,000 – 10,000 RSD. Replacement time: 2–3 hours. Genuine Apple batteries carry a 6-month warranty. We recommend a replacement once capacity drops below roughly 80% or the phone shuts down in the cold.

Screen glass replacement (OCA lamination)
Replacing only the glass while the display underneath still works — a saving of up to 40% compared with replacing the whole screen. From 6,000 RSD for Samsung, or from 8,000 RSD for iPhone. Time: 3–5 hours. Diagnostics decide whether the phone is a candidate (glass cracked, image free of lines and stains).

Back glass and camera glass replacement
For models with a glass back we replace the back cover / back glass (from 4,500 RSD for Samsung, or from 4,800 RSD for iPhone, 2–5 hours) and the glass over the rear camera when only the glass has cracked while the module still works (from 4,500 RSD for iPhone, 1–2 hours). These are faster and cheaper interventions, often done alongside another repair.

Moving contacts, photos and apps to a new phone — 1–5 hours, depending on how much data there is.
iPhone repair — which screen type to choose
On an iPhone the price and the quality of a screen replacement depend on the type of panel, so during diagnostics we explain the difference and suggest the best option for your model and budget:
- Genuine Apple — the original Apple panel, the highest quality and the highest price; for people who want factory condition.
- Original (iOS: Used / Unknown) — an original-type panel; the Used variant passes Apple configuration (True Tone works, no warning), the Unknown variant is cheaper and shows “Unknown Part” in Settings.
- Soft OLED — a quality aftermarket OLED that passes Apple configuration (iOS “Used”), with no warning.
- OLED — a bright AMOLED image, cheaper than the original; 7-day warranty (fragile panel, with the customer's consent).
- InCell (LCD) — the most affordable option for older models; 7-day warranty because the panel is fragile.

Repairs while you wait
For most repairs (screen, battery, screen glass replacement) you do not need an appointment — come to the shop in New Belgrade, we do free diagnostics and, if you agree, the repair the same day. Camera glass replacement (1–2 hours) and battery replacement (1–2 hours) are the fastest, so you can wait for the phone over a coffee in the shopping centre nearby. For more complex work we agree a collection time, and if coming in does not suit you we send a courier anywhere in Belgrade.
How to tell your phone needs a repair
Some signs are easy to miss, and an early intervention costs less:
- Cracked glass, image still working — a screen glass replacement is often enough instead of replacing the whole screen. Do not put it off: the crack spreads over time and lets dust in.
- Lines, stains or flicker on the screen — a damaged panel or flex cable; a screen replacement or diagnostics are needed.
- Fast draining, shutdowns in the cold, a swollen battery — time for a battery replacement. A swollen battery is also a safety risk.
- The phone charges only at an angle, or not at all — a worn charging connector; the repair is cheap compared with a new phone.
- Blurry photos — often the camera glass has cracked rather than the module itself; replacing the glass is inexpensive.

Is a repair worth it, or a new phone?
In the vast majority of cases a repair pays off far better than buying a new device — especially for mid-range and higher-end phones. A battery replacement or a screen glass replacement costs a small percentage of the price of a new phone and extends the life of the device by years. A screen replacement is worth it when the repair costs noticeably less than the market value of the phone; on very old models where that is not the case we say so honestly during diagnostics and suggest an alternative — a cheaper screen type, a screen glass replacement instead of replacing the whole panel, or buyback in as-is condition if the repair does not pay off. Can I wait while the phone is being repaired?
For most services — yes. Camera glass replacement takes 1–2 hours, battery replacement 1–2 hours on iPhone and 2–3 hours on Samsung phones, and screen replacement 1–3 hours on iPhone and 2–3 hours on Samsung phones, so for most repairs you can wait in the shop or in the shopping centre nearby. You can also come without an appointment, but then your phone waits its turn in the repair queue, so it may take longer — a booked repair is finished faster.
