If you ordered the accessory through our website, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason — let us know at info@viper.rs or 065/362-61-31. The goods are returned undamaged, in the original packaging; the cost of returning them is paid by the buyer. We refund the money within 14 days of receiving the goods. A faulty product is covered by the statutory conformity period of 2 years.
