Data Recovery from Phones with a Broken Screen
When the screen shatters or stops responding to touch, the phone still works — you just can't reach it anymore. Photos, contacts and messages are all there, untouched. Our job is to pull them out and transfer them to a device or storage medium of your choice.
What the requirement is
We only do this when the problem is the screen itself. The phone has to power on and run properly underneath the broken glass. That covers:
- Cracked glass where touch still responds
- A screen that shows no image while the phone still makes sound and vibrates
- Touch that has stopped working on part of or the entire screen
If the device shows no sign of running, data recovery isn't possible. We'll tell you that at the inspection, before we charge anything — the assessment is free and puts you under no obligation.
We work with iPhone and Samsung devices.
What transfers and what doesn't
This is the part that spares the most disappointment, so we'll put it plainly.
Transfers: contacts, photos and videos. Depending on the combination of device and system, in some cases messages and the call log as well — that only becomes clear on the device itself, and we don't promise it in advance.
Does not transfer automatically: content from apps that keep their data on their own servers or keep it encrypted. Installing apps and signing in to email, social media, banking and other accounts is something you do — we transfer data, not accounts. That's not a limitation of our service but the way those apps work: access to their content requires your password, and we neither ask for it nor store it.
The same reason applies to two-factor authentication. If an account asks you for a code from the old device when signing in, you have to retrieve that code yourself — we can help by keeping the device usable long enough for you to do it.
How the process looks
We temporarily connect a working screen or an external controller to the device, unlock it with your passcode in your presence, and transfer the data. We don't ask for your passcode in advance and we don't write it down anywhere.
The transfer is done with official tools, automatically. We do not review, copy or access your personal data — our technician sees the transfer progress, not the content.
You choose the destination: a new phone, a USB stick or an external drive.

- The target device or storage medium — a new phone, USB stick or external drive
If you have an iPhone, there's one more thing, and it's worth doing at home while you still have access to the device.
For iPhone: turn off Stolen Device Protection
This is the only real difference between our iPhone and Samsung procedure.
If Stolen Device Protection is enabled on the iPhone, accessing data requires Face ID confirmation and cannot be bypassed with the passcode alone. With a broken screen, Face ID is often unusable, so the process stops before it even starts.
You turn it off in: Settings → Face ID & Passcode → Stolen Device Protection → OFF.
If the screen no longer responds at all and you can't do this yourself, let us know before you come in so we can see together what's possible.
Samsung devices don't have this step — the unlock passcode is enough.
Price and duration
The service costs 6,000 RSD. It takes 1 to 5 hours, depending on the amount of data — photos and videos take the most time.
