iPhone X Glass Repair — What We Recommend Today

We no longer perform OCA lamination glass repair on the iPhone X as a standard service. This is the first Apple model with an OLED panel and Face ID, and on it separating the glass from the panel has become unreliable — the panel is as old as the device, and increasingly often does not survive the procedure.

What We Do Instead

For the iPhone X we do a screen replacement. We transfer the Face ID module from the old screen, so face recognition keeps working. The device is tested before handover, and the warranty period is tracked.
