Once the panel itself is accessible, the most delicate part follows - separating the broken glass from the AMOLED. We use controlled temperatures between 60 and 80 degrees, as well as special solvents that allow clean separation. Any mistake at this stage can damage the panel, which is why the technician's experience is crucial.
After the old glass is removed, the AMOLED is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for lamination. The new glass is applied using OCA adhesive, which must be evenly distributed to avoid bubbles or unevenness. The entire procedure takes between 2 and 3 hours.
