Glass Replacement on Galaxy A23 5G — OCA Lamination
The Galaxy A23 5G uses a PLS LCD panel, which means the glass can be replaced without installing a complete new display. At Viper Mobile we use the OCA lamination procedure — we separate the broken glass from the LCD panel, fit new glass and laminate it with optically clear adhesive (OCA film). The result is visually and functionally identical to the factory condition of the screen.
What the Procedure Looks Like
- The phone is carefully disassembled and the display is separated from the housing

- The new glass is laminated with OCA film and treated in an autoclave under pressure
- A final check of touch sensitivity and image quality
