Front Screen Glass Repair for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 features a 6.2-inch outer front screen with a Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel and a 7.6-inch inner foldable screen. OCA lamination — glass repair — is performed exclusively on the front (cover) screen. The inner foldable panel requires an entirely different procedure and cannot be repaired using this method.

How the Process Works
The phone is disassembled down to the front screen assembly. The damaged glass is carefully separated from the AMOLED panel using a specialized separation machine, with no risk to the display. New glass is bonded with OCA adhesive in a vacuum chamber and autoclaved under pressure to eliminate air bubbles. The entire process takes 3–5 hours, and we provide a 15-day warranty.
