Genuine Apple screens and batteries go through Apple configuration (pairing the part with the device). If a non-genuine part that did not pass configuration was previously installed on your phone, the new genuine part also will not be able to complete the configuration process.
Before installation, with your approval, we check the parts history on the device — because there is no other way to verify it without access to the phone.

For iPhone we offer three battery tiers. Original Apple batteries from an authorized distributor — for iPhone 12 and newer models, after installation your phone displays the Battery Health percentage and 'Genuine Apple' status in Settings (Settings → Battery → Battery Health), so iOS recognizes the battery as an authentic Apple part and provides accurate capacity readings. Premium replacement batteries with high capacity — quality aftermarket batteries with Battery Health display, available for iPhone models up to the 15 series. JCID Enhanced battery (for iPhone 12-14 series) — premium tier with +8-10% higher capacity than the original Apple battery of the same generation, no pop-up warning and Battery Health display working normally. With both replacement tiers, on iPhone 12 and newer models running current iOS, after installation iOS asks for a single restart and records the battery in the Parts & Service history with the status 'Used' — Apple's informational label, with no warnings and no impact on how the phone works. All batteries are fresh production date with optimal capacity.

For Samsung phones, we use exclusively original batteries — no generic replacements or copies. Every battery comes from an authorized Samsung distributor with full factory capacity. We cover all popular Samsung models: Galaxy S21 through S26 Ultra, Galaxy A series (A14, A34, A54, A55), Galaxy Note series, and Galaxy Z Fold/Flip models. An original Samsung battery guarantees optimal charging, longer lifespan, and compatibility with Samsung fast charging technology.
How to Know When You Need a New Battery
It's time for a battery replacement if you notice any of these signs: Battery Health (on iPhone) has dropped below 80%, your phone unexpectedly shuts down at 20-30% battery, the battery drains significantly faster than before, charging takes longer than usual, or the battery is physically swollen (the screen separates from the phone body). Replacement takes 1 to 2 hours depending on the model. We never erase data or ask for your code. Every new battery comes with a 90-day warranty and fiscal receipt.
