Galaxy S24 Ultra Battery Replacement
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra uses a 5000 mAh battery that powers the large 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and the S Pen features. Despite advanced optimisation, lithium-ion cells start losing capacity after 18–24 months of intensive use — which shows up as faster draining, slower charging or sudden shutdowns. ## What the replacement involves
At the Viper Mobile service centre, a battery replacement on the Galaxy S24 Ultra takes 2 to 3 hours. We use only a genuine Service Pack battery — identical to the factory one, fully compatible with all of the device's system functions. The procedure includes:
- Carefully separating the back glass using controlled heating
- Removing the old battery and cleaning off adhesive residue
- Installing the new genuine battery and testing its capacity
- Refitting the back cover with fresh sealing adhesive
The installation comes with a 90-day warranty. ## Book an appointment or drop by in person
With 22 years of experience replacing batteries in Samsung devices, we recommend not putting off a replacement once you notice capacity dropping below 80% — continuing to use a worn-out battery can negatively affect the performance of the entire device. You can book an appointment by phone or through the website, or simply come in person to Bulevar Arsenija Čarnojevića 91/3 in New Belgrade.
