How We Do the Replacement

We install an original Samsung battery (Service Pack) — the same part Samsung uses in its own service centers. We remove the back glass with controlled heating, replace the battery and refit the cover with new adhesive. The replacement is usually done in 2 to 3 hours, and if you cannot come in, our courier picks up the phone at your address in Belgrade (1,500 RSD).

How do I know if I need a new Samsung battery?

Open Samsung Members → Support → Phone diagnostics → Battery status. Samsung does not show a capacity percentage the way iPhone does — it gives a rating: Normal, Weak or Bad. On newer models (S23 and up) the exact percentage and charge cycle count also appear under Settings → Battery and device care → Battery. Practical signs it is time for a replacement: the phone shuts down at 20-30%, the battery drains faster than before, charging takes longer than usual, or the battery is physically swollen.

How long does Samsung battery replacement take?

From 2 to 3 hours. The battery swap itself is the shorter part of the job — most of that time goes to curing the adhesive that holds the back cover in place. That step cannot be rushed: if the phone is collected before the adhesive sets, the cover will not seat properly. That is why the device stays with us for the full period.

Will I lose my data during Samsung battery replacement?

No. Battery replacement does not affect your data, photos, apps, or settings on your Samsung phone. We never erase anything and never ask for your unlock code. One thing to know before the repair: after a battery replacement the phone is no longer water resistant, because the factory seal is opened once and cannot be restored to factory condition.

Is the Samsung battery original?

Will the phone perform like new after a battery replacement?

The battery will be new — but the phone will not behave like it did on day one, and that is not down to the battery. Apps have grown several times over: what used to take 30 MB now takes 150 MB and draws far more power. So a new original battery in a Galaxy S21 after five years of use will not last as long as the factory one did — the same capacity now powers a much heavier load. A battery replacement fixes sudden drain, shutdowns at 20-30% and charging several times a day; it does not turn the phone back into the year it was bought. An original Samsung battery typically retains over 80% capacity through the first 2 years of normal use (about 500 charge cycles).

What warranty do I get on a Samsung battery replacement?

The warranty is 3 months (90 days) on the installed battery and labor. The exception are Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold models — repairs on foldable devices are performed only with the customer’s consent and without warranty, because authorized suppliers do not provide a warranty on parts for those models. The battery warranty also does not apply if the back cover is cracked — a shard of glass can fall inside and puncture the new battery. If we replace the back cover during the same visit, the battery keeps its full warranty.
