Will I lose my data during Samsung screen replacement?
No. Screen replacement does not affect your data, photos, apps, or settings on your Samsung phone. We never erase anything and never ask for your unlock code.
What is a Service Pack screen for Samsung?
Service Pack is Samsung's term for complete screen modules that include the display panel, glass, and frame — identical to what comes in the factory device. This is the only type of screen we use for Samsung phones.

What is the warranty on Samsung screen replacement?
Screen replacement carries a 90-day warranty on the original Service Pack panel. The warranty covers material and installation defects, including any issues with the Service Pack panel. The exception is Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold — foldable panels are installed without warranty and only with the customer’s consent, because authorized suppliers do not provide one.
