Which Samsung models do you support for back glass replacement?
Right now we cover the Galaxy S22 Ultra, S23 Ultra and S24 Ultra — the models we stock original covers for. For other Galaxy models call 065/362-61-31 so we can check whether the part can be sourced.
Do you offer both new and pre-owned original Samsung back covers?
For the Galaxy S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra we fit a pre-owned original cover in excellent condition. For the S24 Ultra a brand new original cover is also available at a higher price. Both are genuine Samsung parts — we never use generic copies.
How long does Samsung back glass replacement take?
Samsung back glass replacement takes 2 to 5 hours depending on the model. Devices brought in before noon are usually ready the same day.
Does back glass replacement affect the data on my phone?
No. Back glass replacement is a purely mechanical procedure — photos, apps, messages and settings remain untouched. We do not reset the phone and we never ask for your passcode.
Are all Samsung back glass colors available?
We stock several factory colors for each of the three models (Phantom Black and Phantom White for the S22 Ultra, Titanium Black, Blue and Grey for the S24 Ultra, and others) — but not every color. Tell us the color when booking, or call 065/362-61-31 so we can check stock before you bring the phone in.
