Booking guarantees intake with no waiting, but you can also come without an appointment during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9–17h, Sat 10–15h).
Device intake
Diagnostics of your iPhone take 10–15 minutes and are completely free. The technician records the model, IMEI and a description of the fault, inspects the device, confirms the diagnosis and gives a final price. The repair only starts after you agree to the price. You get an intake confirmation with a unique code for tracking the status.
Repair
An iPhone screen replacement takes 2–3 hours, a battery replacement 30 minutes to 1 hour, and a glass repair 2–3 hours. Viper Mobile technicians use specialized tools and parts that are tested before installation. During the repair Viper Mobile does not access the data on the device and does not ask for a passcode.
Collection
Viper Mobile contacts you by phone as soon as the repair is done — usually the same day. At collection the technician demonstrates the iPhone's functionality and hands over a fiscal receipt that serves as a 90-day warranty on the part and labor. Courier delivery is available for Belgrade at 1,500 RSD for both directions.

Bring your iPhone locked, just as it is. Find My can stay on, and so can Stolen Device Protection — Viper Mobile does not touch your data. A passcode is only needed for the Apple configuration after the part is replaced — through it the iPhone shows the status of the installed part (Genuine, New, Used or Unknown).
The Apple configuration can be done at collection in about 30 seconds, or later at home in Settings → General → About. The latest iOS is a prerequisite for showing the part status — before coming in, install the latest version via Settings → General → Software Update.

No, data is not erased — replacing the screen, battery, camera glass or back glass does not affect the iPhone's memory or data. Viper Mobile does not ask for a passcode and does not access the data on the device. All files, apps and settings stay intact. We recommend making a backup before any intervention as a precaution.
