Battery Replacement by Galaxy Series
The procedure and price of a Samsung battery replacement depend on the series and model. In every case we install an original Samsung Service Pack battery with full factory capacity, and the exact price for your model is listed in the table above — fixed per model, with parts, installation and VAT included.
Galaxy S series (S20 – S26)
On Galaxy S models the glass back is bonded along the entire edge and the battery itself is additionally secured with adhesive. Replacement therefore requires controlled heating and careful opening, which is why it takes 2–3 hours. After the replacement, fast charging and wireless charging work exactly as before, because the original Service Pack battery carries the same specifications as the factory-fitted one. Ultra models use larger-capacity cells, which is reflected in the price — check the table above for your exact model.
Galaxy A series
The A series (A15, A25, A35, A54, A55, A56…) is the most common Samsung series we service. Most models carry a 5000 mAh battery, and the simpler construction means the replacement is usually completed at the lower end of the 2–3 hour range. The price is lower than for the S series and is fixed per model — if your model is not in the table above, call us and we will confirm the price and part availability right away.
Galaxy Note and Z series (Flip / Fold)
Note models (Note 10, Note 20) follow the standard replacement procedure with a 3-month warranty; the S Pen and its functions are not affected. Z Flip and Z Fold models use two battery cells (main and secondary), and which one needs replacing is determined by diagnostics. Under our service policy, all repairs on foldable models are performed only with the customer’s consent and without warranty, because authorized suppliers do not provide a warranty on parts for foldable devices.

You leave the phone at our shop in New Belgrade, and the replacement is done the same day — in 1 to 3 hours. We do not delete any data and do not ask for your unlock code. How do I know if I need a new Samsung battery?
Open Samsung Members → Support → Phone diagnostics → Battery status. Samsung does not show a capacity percentage the way iPhone does — it gives a rating: Normal, Weak or Bad. On newer models (S23 and up) the exact percentage and charge cycle count also appear under Settings → Battery and device care → Battery. Practical signs it is time for a replacement: the phone shuts down at 20-30%, the battery drains faster than before, charging takes longer than usual, or the battery is physically swollen.
How long does Samsung battery replacement take?
From 2 to 3 hours. The battery swap itself is the shorter part of the job — most of that time goes to curing the adhesive that holds the back cover in place. That step cannot be rushed: if the phone is collected before the adhesive sets, the cover will not seat properly. That is why the device stays with us for the full period.
Will I lose my data during Samsung battery replacement?
No. Battery replacement does not affect your data, photos, apps, or settings on your Samsung phone. We never erase anything and never ask for your unlock code. One thing to know before the repair: after a battery replacement the phone is no longer water resistant, because the factory seal is opened once and cannot be restored to factory condition.

Will the phone perform like new after a battery replacement?
The battery will be new — but the phone will not behave like it did on day one, and that is not down to the battery. Apps have grown several times over: what used to take 30 MB now takes 150 MB and draws far more power. So a new original battery in a Galaxy S21 after five years of use will not last as long as the factory one did — the same capacity now powers a much heavier load. A battery replacement fixes sudden drain, shutdowns at 20-30% and charging several times a day; it does not turn the phone back into the year it was bought. An original Samsung battery typically retains over 80% capacity through the first 2 years of normal use (about 500 charge cycles).
